2. Fold the bill in half lengthwise.
3. Fold the bill in half again, this time widthwise.
4. Fold the bill in half one more time, lengthwise. You should now have a small rectangle.

How to make a flower out of money
-1 bill of any denomination
-Scissors
– pen
Instructions:
1.Start with a rectangular bill. If your bill is not rectangular, you can fold it until it is.
2.Fold the bill in half horizontally. Unfold.
3.Fold the top two corners down to the center of the bill. Unfold
4.Fold the bottom of the bill up to meet the top of the bill. Unfold
5.Fold each side in to meet in the center of the bill. Unfold
6.Fold in half horizontally again. This will be the stem of your flower
7.(optional) For a more 3D effect, you can curl the petals around a pencil or your fingers
8.Your flower is now complete!
Step one: fold the bill in half
Start with a rectangular dollar bill. If the bill is too large, you can trim it down to size with scissors.
Fold the bill in half lengthwise. Then, fold it in half again so that it’s now a quarter of its original size.
Step two: fold the bill in half again
Start with the bill face down. Take the top half of the bill and fold it down to meet the bottom half. This will create a rectangle.
Step three: fold the bill in half one more time
Fold the bill in half so that the short side meets the long side. This will make a rectangle.
Step four: cut the bill
Now that you have rolled the bill into a cone, it is time to cut it. Start by folding the bill in half, then cut about ½ inch from the folded end. Next, cut four slits evenly spaced around the bill, making sure not to cut too close to the edge. Finally, unfold the bill and fan out the cuts to create your flower petals.
Step five: open up the cut bill
Now that you have cut your bill, it’s time to start opening it up. This will give the flower a nice full look. You can start by gently folding back the top layer of the bill, and then folding back the bottom layer. Try to keep the folds as even as possible. Once you have done this, open up the bill so that it is flat again.
Step six: curl the petals
Now that you have all your petals glued on, it’s time to curl them. This will give your flower a more realistic look. To curl the petals, simply wrap them around a pencil or something similar and hold for a few seconds. Once they are curled, set them aside to dry.
Step seven: assemble the flower
Lay all of the petals out in front of you. Begin building your flower by hot gluing the smallest petals to the center of the paper plate. Work your way outwards, attaching each petal until you’ve used all of them. Let the glue dry completely before moving on to the next step.
